Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Blue Pine Fiduciary service package. Because our services are delivered through consultations and planning work, not physical products, there are no items to return. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Your card statement may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
